Hyvinkää School of Art is a traditional art school, located in the very centre of the city. Since year 2000 it has been providing the Vocational Qualification in Visual Expression.
With only 60 students we are small but lively community. In Hyvinkää School of Art you can study in the Study Programme in Visual Expression, Visual and Media art. The key areas of the Study Programme are drawing, painting, graphic arts, sculpture, photography, film expression and the following substance subjects: visual composition, chromatics, art history and communication.
Towards the end of your studies you specialise in either painting, graphic arts, sculpture or the new visual and media arts study module. As part of your studies you can take courses at other upper secondary schools in Hyvinkää.
